Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $114-$250/Night
- A $200 Reservation Deposit is Required. There is a $100 Cleaning Fee that will be added to all Rates. Sales Tax of 6.875% must also be charged. There is a 2 night Minimum Stay. All Quoted Rates are based on a 8 persons or less. More than 8 Persons and the Rate Increases $15 per day per person on Daily Rentals, and $90 per person per Week on Weekly Rentals. All quoted 'Package' Rates are for up to 8 persons. Any rental that consists of a holiday stay will increase the rental by $100.
