The cottage sits up on a bluff overlooking the bay, with views of Cadillac and Sergeant Mountains. Stairs take you down to the shoreline where the tide brings in new adventures every day. Shore line is sandy, great for sandcastles, and swimming! Located on beautiful wooded property (there are some astounding 100 foot trees), wildlife abounds around the cottage, including deer, bear, and bald eagles! Facing southeast, the cottage and property enjoy bright sunshine.

This single-story cottage features a unique 2nd floor loft with panoramic windows for an amazing views - great sitting, relaxing room! There is also a sleep sofa there for extra sleeping space. There is also a furnished outdoor deck with barbecue grill for enjoying the glorious Maine summer weather. All the comforts of home in a lovely, comfortable oceanside cottage!

Activities: Nautic Bay is just a 15-minute drive to the center of Bar Harbor—where you’ll find great seafood, restaurants, movie theatre and shopping—and a 3-minute drive to the entrance to Acadia National Park (Information Center). The park features mountain hiking, bicycling, beaching, and some of the most beautiful vistas in the world! Also nearby, golf courses, public tennis courts, water park, miniature golf, horseback riding, petting zoo, oceanarium!
