“Family Affair” is a tastefully furnished and spacious 2 bed/2 bath condominium located in a central area of Marsh Harbour, Abaco, The Bahamas. Its island décor gives you a feel of a ‘home away from home.’ Our unit complete with all the luxuries; oven & stove, full fridge/freezer with ice maker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cable TV, games & books, private patio, etc. (A second unit just steps away so we can accommodate a larger party of guests.) “Family Affair” is equipped with central A/C and fans. Master bedroom is a queen size with private master bathroom. Second bedroom is two singles and adjacent full bathroom. Washer/dryer located inside unit. Dinning area for six and living room area. (Couch pulls out for a sleeper for two young children ONLY.) Facilities include a large patio and swimming pool area, tennis courts and beach for their guests. An end unit with privacy and patio area with large open grass area for kids to play.

Marsh Harbour Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1,500 p/week
  • Extras

    Rates are for 1-4 people occupancy.
    Condo sleeps 4 adults and 5th or 6th person must be young children
    $25 additional charge for extra persons (5/6) per night.

    Minimum Stay - 3 nights at $250 per night

    Cancellation Policy

    Deposit:
    50% Deposit is required at time of booking.
    50% Due fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.

    Cancellations And Refunds:
    100% Refund for thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival.
    50% Refund for fifteen (15) through twenty-nine (29) days prior to arrival.
    0% Refund after fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.

    All Year Round
    Weekly = $1,500
    3 night minimum - $250 per night
