Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Our rates are all inclusive, tax and cleaning fee included. A $200 security/damage deposit due within 7 days of booking. Return to you (subject to damage or excessive cleaning fee) within 15 days after departure date. Security/damage deposit will be handled in a prompt and fair fashion.
Full rental payment (not including $200 deposit) due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival no penalty; cancellation less than 30 days subject to a $25 fee; less than 14 days subject to a $100 fee.
