Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- The weekly rates are $1,475 for June 13 - Labor Day. $1,000 for May - June 13 and after Labor Day or $165 per night. There is a $300 deposit and $50 cleaning fee to secure the reservation. The damage deposit of $300 will be refunded within two weeks after tenants leave.
