We have been coming to Hilton Head every year for over 15 years, and this has, by far, been the best. Our 3 year-old loved watching the golfers tee off from your deck.... Your new kitchen is gorgeous. My parents own a villa nearby, and they are 'stealing' some of your lovely ideas. Chris and I were extremely impressed with how lovely and well-equipped your villa was. We have stayed on the island a half dozen times and have never been fortunate enough to find a place that was so clean and thoughtfully maintained. I doubt that many other people would put this much effort into making visitors comfortable. I must tell you that we went (to Hilton Head) with two other families who also stayed in the Greens, and both agreed that we had the nicest accommodations….Chris, Kim, and Family, Pennsylvania

For many years we have rented properties at various addresses in Shipyard on Hilton Head Island. For the last few years we have stayed at 199 The Greens. Van der Meer Tennis Center is less than a hundred yards from the front door and the beach is only a short walk. Steve and Ann, you obviously take pride in keeping the unit in top shape, and the furnishings and décor are attractive and comfortable. The recently renovated kitchen makes entertaining a breeze. Love the openness without the walls. The large LCD flat screen TV is great for watching tennis or movies. Whether we sit around with friends in the living area, or relax on the deck watching golfers hit a tee shot, there is always an atmosphere of warmth and tranquility that is refreshing.
