Double sliders open to the deck and golf course just beyond, making this area bright and scenic. This floor also features a half-bath, perfect for guests using the sleep sofa. In addition, a new porcelain tile floor accentuates the aesthetics throughout this level. The second floor has two decorator enhanced bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, day bed, walk-in closet, cable TV and DVD, while the guestroom has twin beds, double closets, cable TV and VCR. A conveniently located laundry area with full size washer and dryer completes the level.

Frequently Asked Questions: 1. How far is 199 Greens from the beach? Our villa is two-tenths of a mile from the beach, a leisurely 5-min. walk. 2. Do you have high speed Internet? Yes. It is provided through a broadband cable connection and Ethernet connector. It is not wireless. 3. Do you have a barbecue grille? No. We do not maintain a grille because we cannot ensure its cleanliness. 4. What is your cancellation policy? There is a fee of $50 for cancelling a reservation.
