Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rates do not include 5.7% tax or $165 cleaning fee.
June 1st - June 30th $2375/Week (Saturday to Saturday)
July 1st - August 31st $2475/Week excluding July 4th (Saturday to Saturday)
September/Labor day/ Memorial day/Thanksgiving weekend ... $295 a night (4 night min)
October 1st - May 31st $250/Night (3 night min or 2 nights at $275/Night)
MLK & Presidents Day weekends $295 & 3 night min.
Christmas & New Year's $375/Night (minimum stay Xmas/7 - New Y's/5)
