Our House: Just a short walk to the beach (1,500 feet), this private single-family home, on an extra large private lot, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large family room and a full modern kitchen. The entire house is on the same level, so everyone is together and more importantly there are no stairs to climb. Freshly painted and brand-new carpet installed throughout, a new high-end microwave in the kitchen, and an oversized ceiling fan in the family room, we have furnished and decorated “Coral Cabana” to meet our own personal standards for quality and comfort. There’s a new king-sized bed in the master bedroom, for example, but instead of opting for an inexpensive mattress, we chose a top-of-the-line Serta mattress and box springs, which is what we ourselves would want to find in a higher end vacation rental. Similarly, when we installed the new 280-square foot deck around the pool, we chose a composite material.

Amenities: It costs more than wood, but we didn't want our guests to worry about getting splinters. And, since we know that you may not want to spend all your time at the beach, we’ve paid particular attention to our in-house entertainment offerings. These include Dish Network TV, including local Destin area channels; a library of our favorite books; and a new DVD-VCR with a number of new and classic DVD & VHS titles. (This unit will also play audio CDs, so bring your favorites!) Phone, Answering Machine, Heating & Air Conditioning, Dish Network TV, DVD-VCR, DVD/VHS Library, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cooking Utensils provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer, Gas Grill (BBQ), Hot & Cold Outside Shower, Semi Wrap-around Porch, Private Pool with Deck, New Yard Swing Chair, Small dogs allowed with prior approval, No Smoking inside.

Activities: Biking, Walking Trail, Golf, Tennis, Fishing, Ocean Swimming, Snorkeling, Boating, Water-skiing, Para sailing, Bowling, Airplane Rides, Wave Runner , Pontoon Rental, Water Park, Go-Carts, New Movie Theater Complex, New Deluxe Shopping Center, Outlet Mall Shopping, GREAT & Reasonably priced restaurants, and much, much more. Don't worry, lots, lots to do, but I'll guarantee you'll end up relaxing by the pool or sitting in the swing chair just vegetating and loving it!
