Seacrest Beach Townhome Details

As many guests have said, 'it is a perfect place to unwind – curl up in one of our comfy chairs on one of two porches overlooking the beach and enjoy a good book, a glass of wine, your favorite music on the CD player, and the spectacular view of the beach and sunsets.' Our beautifully decorated 3 bedroom and 3 bath townhouse sleeps 8 comfortably. It has a larger floor plan (1800 sq. ft.) than others in the area. “Lookout-by-the-Sea” is part of a 3 -story building named “Blue Tide Townhomes” that includes an on-site pool, and private boardwalk access to the beach. The living area located on the 2nd floor includes a kitchen, bathroom, living room (with sleeper sofa) and dining area. The dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 3 at the bar. From the living room there are sliding glass doors that open to a deck and a beautiful view of the beaches and Gulf of Mexico. The deck has a direct access to the beach.

On the 3rd floor there is a master bedroom (king size bed and bath) with deck overlooking the beach, and second bedroom (king size bed) with an adjoining bath. At the top of an open stairway from the 2rd floor there is the 3rd bedroom. It is a children’s bedroom (two twin beds) – a loft like retreat that kids really love. Our townhouse is furnished to meet all your needs – i.e. fully equipped kitchen, towels, linens, full size washer & dryer, 2 TV’s, VCR/ DVD player and 2 beach chairs plus umbrella. The area is wonderful for families and couples. Adjoining the property is the very popular/safe 19 mile long 30A Bike Path (perfect for walking, biking, jogging, rollerblading) that provides easy access to the many amazing nearby recreational areas. Grayton Beach State Park (7 miles), Deer Lake State Park (2 miles), Point Washington State Forest (2 miles) and Camp Creek Golf Course- a Fazio designed course (0.5 mile.) are just minutes away.

The architecturally famous towns of Seaside (6 miles) and Rosemary Beach (2 miles) are just minutes away - you’ll just love their many colorful homes, small shops, and restaurants. Throughout the year, you can enjoy the many scheduled free events that Seaside and Rosemary Beach have to offer. If you are an early riser you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises at the beach. Better yet, change the routine - sleep in, open the sliding glass doors, and listen to the surf outside. After a late breakfast on your deck overlooking the beach, build sandcastles, swim and play with the kids. Later on take in the beauty of your surroundings and walk to Rosemary Beach for a casual relaxed lunch. In the evenings you won’t want to miss the spectacular sunsets either! For dinner you can eat out at any one of many wonderful nearby restaurants, or relax and enjoy dining in with your entire group and relive your favorite memories of the day.
