- $500 deposit holds the cottage and functions as a damage deposit. It is returned when grounds and unit are inspected at the end of visit. Reservation deposits will be fully refunded greater than 60 days prior to check in upon cancellation. 50% of deposit will be returned upon cancellation between 31 and 60 days prior to check in. No return of deposit within 30 days of check in. No refunds for early check out.
Check in is Saturday 5 pm with check out the following Saturday 10 a.m. - $1950/week
