In order to secure your dates of booking a refundable $200.00 security/damage deposit is required. During the summer season, notice of cancellation must be received in writing 60 days prior to the reservation date, other seasons 30 days. We have instituted this policy to serve our customers who like to make their vacation plans well in advance to insure their dates of choice. After your departure your deposit will be returned to you subject to any damage or loss. Pets are welcome for and additional $50.00 refundable security deposit. - Rates quoted are for 2 guests.There is a $8 additional charge per night for each additional guest.
