Cancun Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $4,500-$6,500/Week
There is an additional $50 per person each night after 6 people. There is a $1,000 deposit required as security for any damage to the Villa. This is returned within 10 days as long as everything is in the condition you have found it. A check will be issued to you. A 50% deposit is due at the time reservations are made. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. If there is a cancellation within 45 days of arrival, there is no refund, however we would be happy for you to stay another time. We except personal checks, no credit cards. All taxes are included in the rates. - **Special Offer $1000 Off** This discount is for anytime purchased by 2/25/2011.
