Black Lake Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Summer (peak season) $1,500.00 per week. low Season $1,200.00 per week. Early Summer $1,350.00 per week . Late Summer, $1350.00 per week . A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold reservation. One week denotes Saturday-Saturday (7 nights.) Partial weeks are negotiable.
There is no cleaning charge if home and property are left in clean and tidy condition. If not, a cleaning charge will be deducted from security deposit according to condition at owner's discretion. - These rates are dramatically discounted due to end of season. Regular rates will apply in 2011.
