Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Rates exclude 11.5% sales tax. A deposit of 35% is due upon reservation. The balance, including sales tax, is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations must be made no later than 30 days in advance of arrival or are subject to loss of deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $150 fee.
Spring (March 1 - May 24, 2008 except Easter weeks): $2600/week
Easter Weeks (March 15 - March 29, 2008): $3500/week
Summer (May 24 - August 16, 2008): $4200/week
Fall (August 16 - November 22, 2008 ex. Thanksgiving Week): $2600/week
