Administrative fee -- $30. Cleaning Fee -- $75. Only non-motorized boats allowed. No deposit taken to hold reservation. Total of all fees need to be paid upfront. Only receipt of full payment and rental form signed by everyone in the party in a timely manner will guarantee a booking. Payment preferably done thru Paypal (credit card accepted with 3.5% fee added to Total ). Check in : 3pm Check out : 11am.
Cancellation-- Only security deposit and cleaning fee will be returned unless owner can rebook dates. Owner reserves right to resend bookings for reasonable cause in which case all fees will be returned.
