Reservation Deposit: A $300.00 (25% of total rate for monthly or longer rentals) reservation deposit is required with balance of funds due 45 days (60 days monthly or longer rentals) prior to arrival.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $250.00 Security Deposit is required and, following inspection, will be returned provided there is no damage to our condo. Security Deposit may be held for up to 15 days following departure while processing its return. If Security Deposit funds are collected, said funds will be refunded to you in full upon cancellation of your reservation regardless of the reason(s) prompting the cancellation.
Check-in at 3 PM and Check-out at 10 AM
Minimum stay is 7 days
Secure Wireless Internet and Digital Cable TV - CANCELLATION POLICY: The Reservation Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation occurs more than 45 days (more than 60 days for monthly rentals) prior to arrival. No refund of any and all funds received if cancellation occurs less than 45 days (less than 60 days for monthly rentals) prior to arrival. Travel insurance coverage can offer protection against a wide array of unexpected events such as job loss, unpredictable weather, a medical or a family emergency which could necessitate a cancellation on your part. In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued in association with a hurricane warning, your rental and travel costs can only be protected through the timely purchase of travel insurance. Therefore, the purchase of travel insurance is highly recommended.
