- There is an enclosed hot and cold shower outside - nothing like a refreshing outdoor shower! The beach also has a shower for hands and feet. The laundry room is off of the game room.

- Bedrooms are spacious, well decorated, and each with ceiling fans and extra pillows. The cottage is well-equipped for toddlers and Infants with a Pack-N-Play crib, booster chair and high chair. A cabinet lock is available. The Cottage has entertainment for all ages. For beach time there are beach toys, all sizes of beach boards, Bat-N-Ball and other beach games and a red wagon to put them in! After beach time all can enjoy the game room which is a great hit - foozeball, ping-pong, air hockey, puzzles, games, toys and videos that are available and age appropriate. Teens will enjoy the outside basketball net. The street is not a drive-through tstreet and therefor has very little trafic on it - much safer for kids who want to ride their bikes. The ship's watch is a great place to view the setting sun, the ocean and glowing Monument.

The area includes fishing, golf, putt-putt, an outside hockey rink, children's park, water slides and many other activities for all ages! You'll love the Lost Colony Drama, the Wright Brothers National Monument and Jockey Ridge State Park for sand climbing, sliding, hang gliding and kite flying. Nearby Manteo has the stunning Elizabethan Gardens, boutiques, blacksmith shop, trendy restaurants and a small aquarium. The bird watching preserve is also a favorite. The lighthouses of Bodie Island, Corolla, Currituck Beach and the Cape Hatteras Light House Station are historical and fascinating.
The Ocrakoke Ferry will take you to Cape Hatteras and other parts of the Outer Banks. Did I mention good fishing? Most of all, don't forget our beautiful beaches for a marvelous relaxing respite. 'Renting Adult' means 25 and over for all in a non-family unit. Smoking is prohibited in cottage and, sorry, but no pets please - allergies.
Other Activities: Tanning, boogie boarding, deep sea, pier and surf fishing, major shopping boutiques and outlets, dolphins watching!
