- Three night minimum on all stays; 5 night minimum during the summer and 1 week minimum during July/August and Christmas/New Year's.. Full payment due at least 30 days in advance of arrival, 45 days during peak seasons.
Cancellation must be made at least 30 days in advance of arrival. No cats allowed, but dogs okay pending approval by owner. Check in time after 4:00p; check out time by 11:00a.
