PAYMENT: Confirmation Deposit MUST be made by a valid credit card. The Total Balance Due may be paid by valid credit card, cashier’s check, or personal check. Final payments made by check must be received 45 days prior to arrival. There is a charge for any returned checks.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A valid credit card is required to remain on file as security against damage. BugaBoo Lodge is inspected before and after occupancy. Report any damage or breakage upon occurrence, so the matter can be settled prior to your departure. Rental guests have full financial responsibilities for misuse, negligence or missing items. LESSEE shall be charged for any damages to the premises at the rate charged BugaBoo, LLC. LESSEE shall be charged full replacement cost plus 10% upcharge for any damaged or missing utensils, flatware, dishware, glassware, appliance, or similar property.
