Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Isle of Palms House Details
Amenities:: You will be greeted on your arrival with a fully equipped home away from home. Your beds will be made, towels and toiletries will be in each bathroom, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are 4 TVs with direct TV and Cable, two VCRS and stereos in the living room and master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and gas grill. The master bedroom has a king bed, balcony (overlooking the Harbor course) and Jacuzzi tub, second bedroom has a queen bed, balcony and bath, on the first floor you will find the third bedroom with a queen bed and bath as well as queen sleeper sofa in the living room.If you desire groceries can be delivered to your home upon arrival. Housekeeping upon your departure is included in the rate. This is a **Non-Smoking Rental.**
Activities:: Everything the Isle of Palms has to offer will be available to you, pool (directly behind the house), beach, two championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio, summer kids recreational programs, kayaking, wave running, parasailing and jogging are all available. The beach is less than 450 yards from your home and Charleston with some of the best restaurants and site seeing is an easy 20 minutes ride from you. The Isle of Palms / Mt Pleasant area offers upscale shopping, 16-movie theater and an array of restaurants most right off the water.
Area:: South Carolina's low country offers a unique blend of traditions, fine restaurant and history. Life goes on at a relaxed pace and the people you meet are genuine in their helpfulness and politeness. The Beaches are not over built or 'commercialized', and you never feel crowded at the beach. In Charleston you are surround by history but the town is far from sleepy, there is great site seeing and wonderful restaurants. The College of Charleston and the Citadel are right in town this contributes to the energy level of the city. Tom and I hope that you will choose our home for your next vacation and find as we have that paradise is not far.
