DEPOSITS:
A deposit of $200 is required to secure selected dates. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax is required by the City of San Diego for rentals of less than one month. Rentals run weekly in the summer from Saturday to Saturday.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
If we receive notification of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, all deposits are refunded, less a $100 handling fee and credit card processing fees, if applicable. If notice is received less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented. Refunds will be based on the percent of your reserved stay that is re-rented. -

Fully outfitted kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender, stove, oven, and refrigerator. Premium Cable TV with HBO and Cinemax, as well as a VCR and stereo.
Everything is provided to make your vacation comfortable including, extra soft linens and fluffy towels, designer soaps and lotion, paper towels, and much more.
Washer and dryer available for your convenience, as well as bicycles, boogie boards, beach towels, drink coolers, and other beach related items to make your vacation more enjoyable.
Activities:
Bay is directly in front of house with a boardwalk for jogging, biking, walking, and skating, that extends around Mission Bay all the way to South Mission Beach.
Sea World is 1 mile from the house; the world famous San Diego Zoo is a 15 minute drive; Legoland is about 30 minutes directly north in the Carlsbad area; and the Wild Animal Park is about 30 minutes northeast in the Escondido area. Mission Bay is across the street in front of the house and Mission and Pacific Beaches are a 3 minute drive to the west (or you can ride your bike along the boardwalk to all the beaches in the area).
