Pacific Beach Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $128 to $189 per Night
- 3 Day Minimum September through May, except holidays.
$75 Cleaning charge on all stays
Saturday to Saturday only July through August
DEPOSITS:
A deposit of $200 is required to secure selected dates. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax is required by the City of San Diego for rentals of less than one month. Rentals run weekly in the summer from Saturday to Saturday. - CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS:
If we receive notification of your cancellation at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, all deposits are refunded, less credit card processing fees, if applicable. If notice is received less than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented. Refunds will be based on the percent of your reserved stay that is re-rented. If we are unable to re-rent, we will try to accommodate you with an equal stay at a later date.
