Las Cruces House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $800 plus a $100 Cleaning fee and a $300 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit
- Deposit of 1/2 the rental fee is due in order to confirm the reservation. Balance is due thirty days prior to arrival date. Cancellations made more than five weeks prior to rental date, all but a $50.00 processing fee returned. Cancellation made less than five weeks prior to rental date, the entire rental fee is retained unless the unit can be rented.
- Minimum charge is $800 plus $100 cleaning fee. PayPal accepted (add 3% if using PayPal) Rates slightly lower in the Spring and Fall
