Marathon House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $2300 TO $3700. per Week....Sat to Sat......
- Terms are 1/2 of rental fee with signed contract, the balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Rental rate is subject to the standard Florida 12.5% tax. Additionally we request a $500.00 security deposit which is refundable (trusting there has not been any damage) .. Rates will vary depending on time and occupancy so please email for firm quote. Pool can be heated for an additional charge.
