Squaw Valley - Olympic Valley Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $125-$375/Night
- May 1 - November 20 (2 night min)
Daily: $125/night; Holidays: $150/night
Weekly: $800/week
November 21 - April 30 (2 night min)
Daily: $225/night; Holidays: $250/night
Weekly: $1,500/week
Christmas (2 night min) Daily: $325/night
New Year (4 night min) Daily: $375/night
Presidents' Day (3 night min) Daily: $325/night - Arrival time is 4 pm; Departure time is 11 am. Payments by check, money order, M/C or Visa are accepted.
A deposit of 2 nights rent and a $300 refundable security deposit is required within 7 days of making a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. In addition to the rates, please add a $110 cleaning fee. There is also a 10% Placer County Room tax for rentals of 30 days or less.
A cancellation more than 30 days from the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations of 30 days or less will receive a refund of the $300 security deposit. Rent payments for cancellations of 30 days or less will only be refunded if the property is re-rented.
