Rental fees are subject to Hawaii tax totaling 13.42%. - Additional Rental Information:
A 50% rental deposit is due at the time of booking the reservation to hold dates and rate, with the balance payable 60 days prior to arrival, except 90 days prior for Merrie Monarch, Thanksgiving and/or periods between Dec 15th and Jan 15th. A fully-refundable security deposit is required. Payments may be by check or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
Cancellation Policy:
Notify us by email 60 or more days prior to your arrival date and deposit funds will be refunded, minus a 15% cancellation fee. After the 60 day cancellation period expires an 'in house' credit will be issued that you may apply towards the cost of one new reservaton, good for one year, again minus a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations after arrival or early departure do not receive a credit.

- Garden Bungalow has 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with toilet and walk-in shower finished in natural stone. Main hall bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a combination tub/shower. The outside garden bathroom is equipped with toilet and sink and is accessed from the garage walkway. All bathrooms are finished in travertine tile. River rock pebbles cover the floor of the master bathroom walk-in shower which is wheelchair accessible with grab bars securely placed at the shower and toilet. Bathrooms feature high-end Kohler fixtures and rich cherry wood cabinets. Natural and organic shampoos and soaps are provided for guests during your stay. All linens including quality bath and beach towels, foot spa, hair dryer and makeup mirror are also provided.

- Master bedroom and guest bedroom are each furnished with a queen-sized bed. Floor foldout futon is available in addition. Bedrooms are elegant and stylish with tasteful island decor. Master bedroom has inviting views of tropical landscaped terraces with a partial ocean view. The guest bedroom has a view of the garden courtyard with pond and waterfall. There is no need for air conditioning as the bungalow stays cool with pleasant ocean breezes during the day and cooler mountain breezes in the evening. Bedrooms have ceiling fans for increased air flow should you desire. Queen-size beds are plush with quality bed linens and nonallergenic alternative down comforters and pillows. Master suite features a private bath with walk-in shower, TV and DVD player for private viewing from our DVD library. Two island-style 100% organic cotton robes are provided for guests during your stay. Iron and ironing board are provided.
