Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Daily/weekly except for New Years and Easter Holidays. A 50% deposit is required for confimation. 4 day minimum. Payament can be Bank transfer, cash, travelers checks or Credit Cards.
Refund policy requires a 60 day notice, NO REFUNDS ON HOLIDAY WEEKS. All rates include taxes, maid service. A $500. damage/telephone deposit is required at checkin.
