Charming, sun-filled, cathedral ceiling, chandelier, skylights, 2 Queen beds, new mattresses and comforters, plus sleeping loft with Queen and double mattress (access by ladder, not for young children). Restored beach house with light galore, French doors to tiny balcony, fully equipped kitchen. The major attraction of this house is its charm and location to the beach and all Hermosa restaurants/activities, turn the corner from the house and the beach is right there with miles of white sand. Bike or blade all the way to Malibu on the beach boardwalk. Loma Drive is a Quiet Owner Occupied Street. NO Parties or Loud NOISE Allowed. Thanks. Manhattan Beach is a short walk away with more great restaurants and shops. Hermosa has outdoor bands, jazz, festivals and loads of indoor restaurants, shops, live blues, rock bands to listen or dance. Son rents small 'apt' behind/below house, doesn't drink, party, or smoke.

Amenities: Kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, gas range / oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Cable TV. All linens and towels provided. Car parking in front for two cars. Laundry and 2 dry cleaners 1 block East on Pier Ave., 3 very short blocks from restaurants, Pier, nightclubs, Comedy house (Jay Leno most Sundays), shops, boutiques.

Park across the street with Basketball court, Tennis courts, Baseball field, Skateboard park and dog walking/green jogging trail 2 blocks away. Live theatre 3 blocks, Manhattan Beach 5-10 minute walk N (use the 'boardwalk' along ocean, Redondo Beach 5-10 min drive S. El Segundo (some cute restaurants)5 min drive N Activities: Beach chairs & boogie board in hall for your use. Large beach towels in closet. Rent bikes, roller blades, roller-skates, fishing gear, etc. at shops on Hermosa Ave and Pier Ave. Check on deep sea fishing. Von's grocery, Drugstore, Blockbusters, library, post office, skateboard, greenbelt jogging trails East on Pier Ave 3 blocks.
