Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- 300 security deposit to book.
Security deposit will be fully refunded if house is clean and no damage. Homes are non Smoking, smoking permitted outside. Book 1 at 975 or both at 1950 which will give you a total of 5 bedrooms. Check in time is 3 pm Sat to check out at 10 am Saturday . Must be out by 10 am no exceptions.
Rate for Cayman House May 17, 20012 to Sept 30, 20012 Sun to Sat weekly rate is 975.00 home has 6 person hot tub. sleeps 6 max.
Sat check in available for additional 150.00 if available - Ciber Reservation held for 10 days/until deposit is recieved. Check in is Saturday at 3, till Saturday at 10, is a 7 night 'week'. (Additional days at $150 per day can be added on to front or back, if available only from Jan to May 15th). Only 6 People Per Home Limit. Requests for additional visitors arrangements must be made prior to renting. Renters are expected to leave home clean. Optional cleaning fee of $75.00 available or charged if not left clean.
Cancellations and Refunds: None within 21 days.
Deposits: Non refundable, but may be applied to another date within 12 months if plans change.
