Our home is located in the little town of Sunyside just South of Tahoe City . . . short walk to the Sunnyside Restaurant and Marina . . . the almost world famous Firesign Cafe, groceries, bike path . . . a pleasant small beach just a 2 minute walk. 5 minutes to the restaurants and shops of Tahoe City . . . 20 minutes to the slopes of Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. We are on West Lake Blvd . . . the key advantage being that you are within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, amenities ... the trade off is some sounds from the Marina and the street . . . nothing more than staying at the Sunnyside Hotel across the street.

Tahoe City Cabin Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $100-190/Night
  • 50% Deposit upon Booking. 50% Balance Due upon Arrival. $300 refundable security deposit for damage only. NO cleaning fees. Cancellation policy one week prior to arrival date. $50 cancellation fee. Visa and Mastercard accepted. Two night minimum.
  • HOLIDAYS 3 NIGHT MINIMUM $190 PER NIGHT.
