St Pete Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Each apartment will have sufficient linen upon occupancy, weekly maid service can be arranged for additional charge.
Rental Policies:
Deposit due at time of reservation ( $200 for a stay of 2 weeks or less, $400 for a stay of 3+ weeks). Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in, which will be held in lieu of a security deposit. Personal checks can be used for payment.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact the office at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for late check-in. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
No pets are permitted.
Total rent and taxes for the entire stay are due and payable (in U.S. Funds)prior to occupancy in the form of cash, travelers check, cashier check, personal check, or money order. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to occupancy.
Rates include electricity. - FL State tax is 12%.
There will be no refunds for early departures, unless the unit can be re-rented for the entire period vacated.
As there is only one parking space per condo, extra vehicles, boat, trailers, etc. can not be accommodated.

Amenities: Outside: heated freshwater pool, large deck area with many lounge chairs and tables, jacuzzi, tennis court, BBQ grills, gazebo for outdoor dining, shuffleboard, and fishing dock. Inside: air conditioning, washer/dryer in unit, 3 cable TVs, 2 VCR/DVD players, telephone, linens, ceramic tile floors, laminate wood floor, carpet and twenty four hour on-site management. Full kitchen including dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster. Nearby: across the street is the Trade Winds Resort, which spans 18 tropical acres with paddle boats on the flower-rimmed waterways, four heated pools, restaurants, bars, beautiful white sandy beach with beach volleyball, cabanas and hammocks, four clay tennis courts, exercise room, child day care and childrens' activities.
Activities: Sun Coast Trolley will take you from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater for a nominal charge. Swimming, fishing, boating, tennis, beach jogging or walking! Many wonderful restaurants! Great shopping!
