* To secure reservation, a desiginated security deposit and signed rental agreement is required to reserve stay.
* FOR RENTALS OF OVER $450. OR PEAK SEASON RENTALS , 50% of the rental fee must be received within about 30 days of securing the reservation with me. (unless owner has agreed to other payment arrangements.)
* Balance of stay must be received 4 weeks prior to rental.(unless owner has agreed to other payment arrangements.
* Security Deposit is NOT cashed, just held till after your stay is & the unit is left as found & keys have been returned to me.
* Personal checks or US Bank checks/money orders are accepted.
* Paypal and echecks also accepted (nominal processing fee required).
* Cancellations are done case by case. I am as flexible as I am able to be and you at least would receive a credit for a future stay made. 90 days ahead for a cancellation to insure full refund.
