South Seas Club Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $775-$1125
- 7 day minimum rental. No smoking in condo or balcony. No pets.
Price includes all fees (sales tax, cleaning, etc). An additional refundable security deposit of $250 will be added to price and returned after departure.
Contract must be signed by individual at least 25 years old and must also be one of the occupants in the condo.
$20 parking permit required by condo association - payable on sight.
50% of the rent due at time of reservation.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Discount for multiply weeks.
Keys available from local management on island.
