- Weekly rate is for 7 nights. Arrival after 3PM on night one. Departure by 12 noon on final day. e.g. arrive after 3PM on Friday, depart by 12 noon on following Friday. One day required between rentals for cleaning. Start date flexible. Additional nights at $250 per night.
- Security deposit due at booking to secure reservation. 50% of rental fee due 30 days prior to stay with remainder due 2 weeks prior to stay. 100% of rental fee plus secuity deposit due at booking if within 30 days of arrival date. No reservations accepted less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date and no special discounts available during in-season.
