DEPOSITS
$500 deposit required to hold the house for your selected dates. $500 security deposit secured with a credit card (like renting a car). Complete payment due 30 days in advance. 10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax required by the City of San Diego for all rentals less than 30 days in length. Saturday to Saturday rentals from mid June to mid August. 3 day minimum all other times.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If we receive notification of your cancellation at least 45 days prior to your arrival date, all deposits are refunded, less a $100 handling fee and credit card processing fees, if applicable. If notice is received less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, a refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented. Refunds will be based on the percent of your reserved stay that is - January 2, 2010 to June 12, 2010 $1,850 Weekly $285 Night

We are CENTRALLY LOCATED and close to everything: 10 minutes from the airport, 1 minute to Sea World (you can even ride your bike!), 15 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, downtown, San Diego Convention Center, Qualcomm Stadium and world class shopping - 10 minutes from Mission/Fashion Valley shopping malls and 10 minutes in the other direction to Horton Plaza shopping mall downtown.
