Kailua House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $150 - $195 a night
- Additional charges include taxes and one time out cleaning fee. Deposit required to confirm your reservation and balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Short notice, payment require in full. Due to our intimate size, any cancellations or changes affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 days prior will be refunded their deposit less a $45 processing fee. Cancellations less than 30 days will forfeit the deposit and one night stay unless we can re-book and processing fee. Cancellations, for any reason, with less than 14 days, will forfeit full payment,. unless we can rebook and processing fee. All changes in reservations will be assessed an additional $25 processing fee. Rates may change without notice

During your stay you will find the attention to detail comparable to the treatment received at a Japanese Ryokan – a high-class inn in the old traditional way of tranquility and beauty.
