Gatlinburg Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $65-115/Night
- Rates $85.00 per night with a 2 night minimum stay for 2 people - $10 per person per night for extra people. Summer rates: stay for 6 nights and get 7th free. Winter rates: Jan and Feb stay 3 night get the 4th free. Cancellation/ Refund policy - Any cancellation or change of reservation must be made a minimum of 14 nights prior to the arrival date for nightly or weekly rentals. Reservation changes or cancellations will be subject to a penalty of $25 and a processing fee of $15. NO REFUND will be made unless this 14 day notice has been given. Reservations made within 14 days are noncancellable and the deposit is non-refundable. Check in 2 PM - Check out 10 AM. $35 cleaning fee

- A small bar of soap and shampoo are provided for you. There is one roll of toilet paper. Towels, hand towels and bath clothes are provided. For your comfort there is a hair dryer and a night light. The jacuzzi tub in the great room is great for relaxing after a day of shopping or hiking in the mountains.

- The bedroom has a king size bed. From the bed you can see and hear the bubbling creek outside your window. We also have a desk and chair and there is a closet with small chest . There is an alarm clock and lamp on the bedside table. Candles are provided throughout the cabin for your enjoyment.

Amenities:Screened-in back porch: Bear Tracks has to offer the following amenities: new log side cabin on the creek, front porch, screened-in back proch with rocker,swing and table and chairs, private deck on the creek, charcoal grill or gas grill, picnic table, one bedroom with king size bed, bath with tub and shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, queen size sleeper sofa, twin size Murphy bed-sleeps 1 or 2 people if you want to be close, gas logs, air conditioner, color cable TV and VCR, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, linens provided, ceiling fans in each room, 4 person Jacuzzi tub, nightly or weekly rates-discount for 7 day stay, great location, and wooded site.
Activities:: While staying at Bear Tracks there is nothing more refreshing than a dip in the cold creek. Also there is swimming nearby 'THE POLLANA HOLE'. You will want to experience the spectacular scenery of the Great Smokey Mountains National Park with over 900 miles of hiking trail and trout fishing and horseback riding. Nearby Gatlinburg is the official honeymoon capital of the world and Pigeon Forge has numerous outlet malls for shopping. Dolly Parton's world famous Dollywood and Splash Country is located nearby and also Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. The area is a golfer's paradise with several courses to choose from. White water rafting in the summer and snow skiing in the winter - it's the perfect place for a vacation!!
