- The 3rd bath has a separate Private toilet stall with its own sink. The Mother-in-Law portion of the house has its own complete kitchen and living room, waterfront porch and garden. There is at least two of everything in our home.

- The main house sleeps 6 and the Mother-in-law portion sleeps 4. PRIVACY......There is only a vacant lot directly across our canal and empty 1/2 lots on either side of our home. There are new porch shades that can be lowered that eliminate the direct sun and provide a 30' private porch. From inside the porch you can see out but you can not see in. Landscaping provides privacy for almost everywhere else. Even the Spa and Gardens on both sides of the property are very private. Road noise is almost nonexistent. Privacy.....The Mother-in Law suite allows you to have complete privacy while others are in the main house. It is your sanctuary inside our beautiful home.
