Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1,000 - $1,900 / Week
- Rates are for 6 people.
2 extra people are allowed at $50/wk each.
Bookings are usually Saturday 3 pm - Saturday 10:30 am, Sometimes exceptions are made.
Lobster weeks, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter are additional.
Refundable $500 security deposit (separate from rent) needed to reserve your dates.
12.5% Florida Tax.
Every Fourth Week is Free!!!
