- Rates above include sales tax where applicable, sheets and towels, heating/air conditioning, propane gas for the gas BBQ, free WI-FI, USA and Canada wide telephone calls. No additional cleaning fees, booking fees or commissions payable only an additional 3% occupancy tax. All of our homes and cabins have a fully equipped kitchen. The cost when divided by the number of people sharing offers exceptional value for money for quality rentals homes.
Above the included number there is an additional daily charge of $30 per extra adult or $160 per week (18 yrs of age or over) or $20 per extra child or $105 per week (5-17 yrs of age) up to a maximum of 8 people sharing. - You will be required to pay the amount due by or credit card or check card using our online reservation system. Your reservation is then confirmed in real time Whilst you will be invoiced for 100% of your rental amount online, your credit card will only be charged 50% of the rental amount plus taxes as a deposit and the balance of 50% of the rental amount plus taxes will automatically be debited to the same credit card 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your vacation.
