Early check-in or later check-out times must be made with prior approval.
Full Payment must be made 30 days before arrival date or deposit could be forfeited.
No Refunds, however, you can put your Deposit Credit toward another date.

Two Fireplaces, Beach Chairs, House has Electric Power from Solar Photovoltaic, 15-Feet x 60-Feet Porch & Upper Terrace for Star Gazing, No air conditioning, but there are fans in each room of the house, **The house is in the rustic community of Playa Encanto, so the entire house runs off solar energy, batteries, and propane, conservation of electric and water is very important for a trouble free vacation, There are times under heavy use the electric power may turn off because of low batteries, Playa Encanto has one of the most serene and beautiful beaches in Puerto Penasco, If you're not into CONSERVING, then you might enjoy the hotels in town, However, you won't get to enjoy the private beaches in Playa Encanto, Here you can see the dolphins swimming by and the most beautiful sunsets!
