Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A 25% deposit is required to hold your dates. The remainder payment is due 30 day before arrival. There is a $100.00 cleaning fee. For more details, simply call or e-mail us. Check the availability calendar for available dates.

Weekend (Friday & Saturday) = $350.00/night

Boyne Falls Condo Details
Other summer activities like hiking, biking and tennis are also available. Use the condo as a base to visit Petoskey, Mackinac Island, Traverse City, Bay Harbor or Charlevoix, or just sight see in the great north. Petoskey is 25 minutes from the condo, has great shopping, good restaurants and a casino. Winter Season: Skiing and boarding fun is just a short walk from the condo, and sledding, tubing, ice skating and cross country skiing is located close by. Although not located on the property, there are miles of snowmobile trails a short drive away. Amenities: The unit has 3 full bedrooms, a complete kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes and silverware), fireplace, TV, air conditioning and a deck with a beautiful view. The loft bedroom has 2 queen beds and a private full bath, the main floor bedroom also has 2 queen beds and a full bath and the master bedroom has a king bed, TV and a whirlpool bath.
Linens are provided, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is a non-smoking unit, pet free and kept clean.
