A security deposit of 1/2 of total rental amount is required to hold reservation. Remainder is due 30 days prior. Plus a $950.00 damage deposit is required and refundable within 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival. One week minimum stay for June, July & August. Three night minimum stay remainder of year. Please call for holiday rates.
