  • Accepting credit/debit cards through Paypal. To reserve, send 1/2 weeks rent, non-refundable if you cancel, but applied to rent upon arrival, pay balance then, or prior to arrival if you wish. If reserving after May 1st, notify us via phone or e-mail of your exact dates desired, and we will put a 5 day 'hold' on your dates to allow mailing or Paypal and receipt of your deposit.
  • If rent is paid in advance, your arrival time is completely flexible, as you do not have to rendezvous with us at a certain time to pay your rent and collect the keys. If pre-paid, the premises are open with the keys on the kitchen counter any time from check-in (3 p.m.) on. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.. No Pets, INCLUDING GUESTS, in the rental or on the premises at any time. Violation results in immediate eviction and forfeiture of remaining rent balance and deposit. Your dates are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit, and we will notify you and fwd. a map with your reservation # at that time. If your deposit is not received within 5 days, your reservation is automatically canceled. . We rent partial weeks or daily during Peak Season, but at the rate for the entire week.
