' The Season 'comprises the months of January, February, March & April each year (ie. Peak season). Minimum rental period is 1 month( from 1st to last day of each month to allow for changeovers). Additional costs:- Glen Eagle Master Assoc/Golf transfer $150 (your check is payable to the Assoc.)
Condo transfer $100 ( your check is payable to local community).
Cleaning fee $100.
Security/damage deposit $700 (refundable at end of your stay), is payable with the balance of the rental monies, which are due 8 weeks before arrival.
To proceed - a booking deposit of $750 is required. This is deducted from the balance of the rental monies, but is non refundable in the event that you do not proceed with your visit. - Please note - 'The rental rates shown are subject to Florida taxes ( 6% state & 4% tourist taxes ) ie. add total 10% tax.

Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club: Your Private and quite Magnificent Country Club (21000 sq ft) is a 2 minute drive round the golf course :- Bar & Fine dining facilities are available (No Minimum spend). Newly built outdoor terrace overlooking the Golf Course. WiFi internet connection now available in the Country Club between the card rooms and the lanai terrace. - The Country Club also houses the 'free to use', - large pool + spa complex, 3 Pool/billiard tables, card/reading room, & fitness room. and a golf Pro shop. Tennis is also available.------------ Location Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club is on Davis Boulevard - 3 miles from Interstate 75 Exit 101. Less than 10 minutes by car, from 5th Avenue & the Beaches. Nearest Airports: Fort Myers - 40 minute drive----------- Miami Int. - 90 minute drive (through Everglades)
Locality: Local Area:- Kings Lake Center - supermarket, shops, restaurants, liquor store, bank, etc - 2 minutes drive. Coastland Shopping Center - Sears/Dillard's etc, food court - 10 minutes drive Gulf Coast Beaches/sunsets - 4 miles - 10 minutes drive. Naples Airport - Light aircraft/helicopter trips available. Naples - Boat hire, fishing, cinema, library (free Internet access). Miromar Outlet Shops - 100 + Incl. Saks 5th Ave, Ralph Lauren, Nike, Reebok, DKNY etc. -35 minutes drive. Marco Island - fabulous beach - jet skis - 20 minutes drive Florida Everglades - swamp buggies - 30 minutes drive. Disney & The Florida Keys are easily reachable within 1 day, but an overnight stop would be required. Miami - longer stay? Take 3 day cruise to Bahamas $300-$400 per person. - 2 hour drive.
Golf: Although Glen Eagle is a highly enjoyable & challenging course, it's green fees remain very reasonable for this area. It is an 18 hole, 5000 yard, Par 70. course, and completely re-modeled & upgraded during 2005. Tenants having paid the $125 golf transfer fee, can play a round for as little as $35 ($10 after 4pm.)+ tax in high season. These prices exclude cart fees of $17, but are subject to change at the discretion of the club.
