Cabana Club: Membership to this local swim/beach club is included in your stay. Our management company is available to assist you with check in/out and to answer any questions you may have about our home, Key Colony Beach, or the Keys area. The large master bedroom has a king bed and sitting area as well as a large private master bath with his and her vanities and was just refurnished in May of 2005. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom holds another queen and a twin. All bedrooms include TV's, alarm clock/radios & ceiling fans. All of your bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in living room providing a 4th area for your sleeping option. The beautiful open kitchen has everything you need for a small lunch or a major feast, except the groceries! Appliances include refrigerator w/icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and blender.

You don't need to pack lots of clothes as there is also a washer and dryer. A new Weber grill is provided to prepare your 'catch of the day'. For the charcoal grillers, we have one of those also! There are 4 TVs (42' plasma in LR), a VCR, 2 DVD players for your MP3's, VCD, photo disks, a bookshelf stereo with a CD and tape player, and 2 telephones. And don't forget that we have Wireless High-Speed Internet - not dial-up! So stay in touch with home or the office with ease. For the fishermen, you will appreciate the bait freezer, fish cleaning table and availability of parking for your boat trailer on the premises. Boaters will enjoy the step-down dock with electricity, water and quick direct access to the Atlantic and Gulf through the Vaca Cut. Activities: The City of Key Colony Beach's Sunset Park is a short walk where you can watch the sunset each evening. Fishing charters, dive/snorkel excursions can all be originated right from the neighborhood.

Great restaurants for both indoor and outdoor dining are also within walking distance. Key Colony Beach has city tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, basketball court, children's playground and a 9-hole par 3 golf course. Access to The Cabana Club is included in your rental. It's a swim/beach club with a 65' chilled/heated pool on the Atlantic with a beach. Take the short walk, drive, or just call them - they'll pick you up. Splash in the large pool, check out their snack bar and full service bar, or just sit in a chair on the white sand beach. The kids will enjoy the game room while you relax in the tropical surroundings during your stay in Key Colony Beach. Area: Key Colony Beach is a 1-hour drive from Key West or only 2 hours from Miami. Or fly from Ft. Lauderdale on Florida Coastal Air direct to Marathon.

Golf: A 9 hole executive course is a short walk from the house. A 18 hole course at Sombrero Country Club - private - check your golf club for reciprocal agreement. Key West has an 18 hole public course which is an hour from the house.
