Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Summer Rates (Off season - May through October): $900 per week or $2200 per month.
$500 reservation/security deposit which will be refunded within two weeks of departure upon inspection of premises by manager. - $2800/month
