The cottage is located on a small side street away from any main road. A convenience store is less than a 5-minute walk. Amenities: Cable TV, DVD, VCR, large window air conditioning unit, Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Cooking and Eating Utensils, Dryer, Gas Grill for Outdoor Cooking, Deck with Picnic Table and Deck Chairs, Fire Pit on the Beach for evening campfires, boat moorings, and a Small Dock. Activities: Perfectly located for the many activities of Traverse City and Leelanau County. Enjoy the beach, swim, boat, sail, windsurf, water ski, para sail, jet ski, snorkel, fish, sight see, or just relax. A public boat launch is less than 1 mile away. Enjoy wine tasting at the many wineries only minutes away. Two golf courses are located less than 10 minutes away. If you prefer live entertainment and gaming, the Leelanau Sands is a 12 minute drive away. The Leelanau trail for hiking and biking is 2 miles away.
Great Dining and shopping is also just minutes away. Fall and Winter offer outstanding activities as well. In the fall enjoy boating, color tours, golf, or wine tasting at the numerous wineries nearby. In winter downhill and cross country skiing, snowboarding, sledding, tubing, and snowmobiling are all just minutes away.
