A $300.00 damage/reservation deposit, $500 if bringing a dog, is due with the reservation. Rent and cleaning fee ($150) are due 60 days prior to occupancy for July, August, and holiday time periods. For all other time periods, rent and cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
July/August/Holiday Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 60 days, a full refund of the security deposit and or rent will be made. Cancellations made with less than 60 days notice and should a rebooking not occur, the rent is forfeited. The tax and cleaning fee will be refunded on all cancellations.

Agate Bay House Details
There is a half bath on the 2nd floor.
Summer guests can enjoy Agate Bay’s community swimming pool, sand volleyball court, tennis facilities as well as pier privileges and buoy rentals (with advance notice). The lake and Patton Beach (dog friendly) is a short walk (about 1/2 mile) along with Carnelian Bay where there is a miniature golf course, Garwoods Restaurant, CB's Pizza and more. There is plenty of off-street parking. The charm and amenities of this cabin will keep you coming back year after year.

Queen + Double (upstairs bedroom)
2 Bunks Sets w/ Double on lower and twin on upper (upstairs bedroom)
Discounted Northstar-at-Tahoe, Mt. Rose, and Squaw Valley tickets are available in the winter.

Hot Tub, DVD/CD Player/Stereo, Ping Pong and Fooz Ball Table, Washer & Dryer, Newly Remodeled, Dog Friendly, Close to Hiking and Biking Trails, Secluded Setting, Linens Provided.
BR B Activities: /B BR Summer Community Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Pier & Buoy Field, Golf, mountain biking, rafting, hiking, boating, relaxing on the beach, 5 miles to north shore casinos. NOT EVERY AGATE BAY HOME HAS ACCESS TO THE POOL, PRIVATE PIER & BUOY FIELD, AND TENNIS COURTS BUT THIS HOME HAS FULL ACCESS. Winter Hot Tub, Skiing/snowboarding (discount tickets available), snowmobiling, sledding, snowshoeing, 5 miles to north shore casinos.
The community swimming pool is open from mid-June through Labor Day. The pier and tennis courts are normally open from May until the end of September.
