Nightly rates available from Labor Day to 3rd Saturday in May - (4 night minimum pricing required) - Check-in: 4:00pm ......Check-out 9:00 A.M.
A 25% deposit (includes: Rent, Hotel & TMD Tax, $375.00 refundable security deposit and $120.00 cleaning fee) is required within to be received within 5 calendar days to reserve your space or overnight for bookings made within 2 weeks of check-in dates.
Summer - Memorial Day to Labor Day reservations - Full payment is due 90 days in advance
2 weeks or longer in the off seas, or holiday reservations are due 90 days in advance
Off season 7 night reservations are due 60 days in advance, except holiday reservations which are due 90 days in advance.
*Hotel Tax, cleaning and a refundable damage deposit are not included in the advertised rates.

- We have created a very relaxing bedroom with a very comfortable mattress and fresh clean cotton linens for your night's rest. We feel that a great night's rest is the key to a relaxing vacation. If you have an additional adult or teen guest or 2 small children, we also provide a sofa sleeper. (The sofa sleep would be too small for two adults, one adult would work well) This vacation rental best suits a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 to 2 small children.
